Admission & Fee Structure (Academic Year 2026-27)

1. Online Admission Process (GCAS Portal)

Admissions for the current academic year are strictly processed online through the GCAS (Gujarat Common Admission Services) portal.

Step 1 (Registration):
Visit the official GCAS portal, complete your online registration, and select our college as your preferred institution.
Step 2 (Verification):
Once your name appears in the college merit list, visit the college campus with your original documents for verification.
Step 3 (Seat Confirmation):
Complete the subject selection process and pay the admission fees to finalize your enrollment.
Special Assistance: If you encounter any technical issues during GCAS registration or need guidance regarding Subject Selection, our specialized college helpdesk team is available on campus to assist you.

2. Required Documents Checklist

Students must bring the following documents (Original along with 2 sets of photocopies) for verification:

  • Printout of GCAS Registration Form
  • Class 10th (SSC) Marksheet
  • Class 10th (SSC) Trial Certificate
  • Class 12th (HSC) Marksheet
  • Class 12th (HSC) Trial Certificate
  • School Leaving Certificate (LC)
  • Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (OBC Candidates)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Income Certificate
  • Bank Passbook Copy
  • Passport Size Photographs (2 Copies)

3. Fee Structure

Course Fee (Per Semester)
B.A. ₹ 5,845
B.Com. ₹ 6,420
Fee Structure is applicable as per the rules and regulations of Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University.
